First, import all the required Unity Packages, then import the "Dulahan Final" Unity Package.

Requires the newest version of the VRChat SDK
Poiyomi's Toon Shader version 7.3 or higher
Optional: DPS V 1.31 (Poiyomi Pro required!)

After everything is imported, you can open the scene file in the main Assets folder named "Dulahan Final" and that will contain everything all set up and ready for upload
